Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is guaranteed with Muhay. You may return or replace your urn or jewelry for any reason.

To ensure a smooth return process, please notify us via email at info[@]winjeet.com prior to returning any item. This will prevent unnecessary delays or additional shipping charges. We will then issue you a return authorization.

  • You have seven (7) days from the delivery date of your item(s) to contact us and request a return for a refund if you are dissatisfied for any reason.

In your email, please:

  • Indicate whether you would like a replacement or a refund.
  • Include the original shipping name and address used for your order.

We will then email you the shipping and return authorization information.

  • Items returned after 15 days from the delivery date may incur up to a 15% restocking fee. This policy is necessary because we work with various artists, suppliers, and manufacturers who have their own return policies.
  • Wood urns from Treasure Line Urns Manufacturer (Glendale, OR), including the Newport, Marquis, Boston, and 3D carved urn collections, will have a 25% restocking fee. This fee is set by the manufacturer and is beyond our control.
  • To be eligible for the full refund guarantee, the following conditions must be met:
  1. The cancellation must be requested within 7 business days.
  2. The urn cannot have been filled with ashes.
  3. The item must be in resalable condition.
  4. The item must be returned in its original packaging.

* Engraved and/or custom items are not refundable.

  • If you are requesting a refund, you will be responsible for return shipping fees. The package should be insured for the full purchase amount. If items are damaged during return shipping and not fully insured, the customer is responsible for the difference.
  • Return shipping fees will not be refunded unless the error was on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent or item damaged by shipper). We ship only within the Continental U.S., so any return shipping fees for items sent from outside the U.S. will not be refunded, even in cases of product error or damage.

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, you will receive an email notifying you of the refund status. At that time, your refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method.

  • Canceling an order after it has shipped but before delivery:

If you cancel after shipment but before delivery, you will be charged shipping to your location AND return shipping costs, even if the order originally had free shipping. Expedited shipping fees, if selected, will not be refunded.
